Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Handling Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship via UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

• Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.
• Direct-to-Door Delivery: Available for customers in Los Angeles, the Central Coast, and the Central Valley (Fresno area). Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

Where We Ship We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.

Damages or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage and contact us immediately at info@kukosmfoods.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will work to resolve the issue promptly
